Anna Nicole Smith Court Case moves forward

The boyfriend and doctors of the late Anna Nicole Smith are gearing up to stand trial on charges of illegally providing Anna Nicole Smith with the prescription drugs which eventually killed her. Charged in the Anna Nicole Smith death are Howard K. Stern, the lawyer who was Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend during the last several months of her life, as well as Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, her doctors.






After a three-week preliminary hearing, a Los Angeles judge has determined there is enough evidence to try the three men on multiple charges in relation to the death of Anna Nicole Smith, including providing drugs to an addict. At this time, all three of the accused have pleaded not guilty to any of the charges in relation to the death of Anna Nicole Smith. The trial is scheduled to be begin on Dec. 11.






Anna Nicole Smith is a former Playboy model and reality TV star who died of a drug overdose on February 8, 2007, a few months after the accidental drug overdose of her son, Daniel Wayne Smith. Daniel Wayne Smith died while visiting his mother, Anna Nicole Smith, in the Bahama's
