Miley Ray Cyrus' Dad Threatens Jesse McCartney to "Stay Away"

	Miley Cyrus' dad, Billy Ray, is reportedly warning Jesse McCartney to stay away from his superstar daughter. "There's been serious flirting between Jesse and Miley for a while, but Billy Ray won't let them date," a Cyrus family insider tells America's Star magazine. "It's driving them crazy!" Billy's main concert is the age gap between the pair. Miley's 15; Jesse is 21. "And Jesse also thinks the fact that he's been known to date a lot of young girls in Hollywood has gone against him with Miley’s dad," the source said.
"Jesse's told Billy Ray that he's willing to start out by having a chaperone of his choice around," the pal adds. "But that's not good enough for Billy Ray." Jesse -- who wrote British singer Leona Lewis' smash hit single Bleeding Love -- has been romantically linked to Aubrey O'Day and Hilary Duff.
	Jesse and Miley met when McCartney played himself on Cyrus' smash hit Disney show, Hannah Montana, two years ago; and the pair have stayed close ever since, despite Billy Ray’s disapproval. The source added, "They're on the phone to each other all the time, and they text each other. "They tell each other how crazy they are for each other. And how frustrating it is that they're being kept apart!"
