Hollywood, sports and business celebs have reason to sweat now that top madam MICHELLE BRAUN has cut a sweet plea deal with the feds. Mickey Rourke, Charlie Sheen, Jose Canseco, Courtney Love and several Playmates are among those whose names have turned up in records provided to authorities — though none of them has been accused of any wrongdoing.

MICHELLE BRAUN, aka “Nici,” is due to be arraigned Monday in federal court in Santa Ana, Calif., as part of an agreement to “cooperate fully” with all branches of law enforcement. MICHELLE BRAUN the thirtysomething mother of two is alleged to have taken the escort business to new levels of profitability by introducing the most desirable Playmates, Pets and porn stars to men who didn’t blink at paying $500,000 for a “girlfriend.” But, after an impressive 15-year run (she always paid her taxes), MICHELLE BRAUN slipped up in October 2007, when an FBI agent posing as a “Platinum Club member” lured her into violating the Mann Act by transporting a woman — identified in court papers as “J.C.” — from California to New York City. Investigators obtained evidence from private investigator Dan Hanks, who got to know MICHELLE BRAUN while working for “Fox Undercover.” “Michelle would ask me to do background checks on potential clients and girls, which I did in order to find out more about her,” Hanks tells us. “I don’t know that Mickey Rourke was a client,” says Hanks. “Michelle may have just wanted him as one.”

Sheen once gave MICHELLE BRAUN a $20,000 check for an evening with four girls, MICHELLE BRAUN alleged in Rolling Stone. “I once saw a very expensive painting at her condo,” recalls Hanks. “She said, ‘That’s a gift from Charlie Sheen.’” Hanks says a former Nici girl told him she turned down a job to join Courtney Love and her boyfriend for a threesome. (Love’s rep had no immediate comment.)

MICHELLE BRAUN also requested information on former Yankee Canseco, says Hanks. “I’ve heard of her,” the steroid-stained ballplayer tells us. “But I’ve never paid for sex in my life. She might have been trying to recruit me.”

Another alleged client was Jeff Kwatinetz, who managed the Backstreet Boys and Kelly Clarkson when he ran The Firm. On Feb. 11, 1999, Kwatinetz wrote a check for $6,000 for a coke-fueled three-way with two of Nici’s girls, according to Hanks. (“Six Degrees of Paris Hilton” author Mark Ebner posts the check on HollywoodInterrupted.com.) “The alleged incident happened a decade ago,” argues a friend of Kwatinetz. “Jeff has been sober since then and has not participated in that lifestyle.”

Other alleged MICHELLE BRAUN clients included Turkish cell phone billionaire Hakan Uzan, hedge fund manager Mark Yagalla and mortgage brokerage tycoon Michael Fanghella, according to court records and published reports.


Last year, the government alleged that MICHELLE BRAUN made at least $8.5 million from her Miami and L.A. agencies. So she appears to be getting off fairly lightly — forfeiting just $325,425, paying a $30,000 fine and spending six months under house arrest.


But feds apparently think the information on her Macbook, iPhone and T-Mobile Sidekick are worth plenty. Says Ebner, “The things she knows make Heidi Fleiss look like Mary Poppins.”

Popular stories overnight: An Arizona high school student who was reportedly involved in a love triangle with his math teacher was murdered last week by her boyfriend, The AP reported. According to police reports and court documents, Sixto Balbuena, 20, caught the couple together in the woman's bedroom around 2:40 a.m. Friday. He allegedly told police that he stabbed Samuel Valdivia, 18, to death and assaulted Tamara Hofmann, 48, in a fit of jealousy. Balbuena called 911 after the slaying and was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder.

The former Miss England left the phone at her local branch of Carphone Warehouse, where one of the staff viewed the images and made copies, a High Court writ states. Danielle, who appeared with Jade Goody in the controversial series of Celebrity Big Brother, is suing Carphone Warehouse and employee Deepak Jagpal.

Mr Jagpal is accused of taking copies of the pictures, including intimate surgery shots, when the model bought a new mobile.

She was told to leave her old phone so all the data could be transferred, and collect it later the same day.

The incident took place last September and the company says it apologised as soon as it was made aware of the matter.

Mr Jagpal no longer works for Carphone Warehouse.

A spokesman for the company said: "The download of customer content is entirely unacceptable and we can confirm that this content was not published. When the matter was brought to our attention we immediately conducted an investigation and the employee is no longer working within the business. Their actions are not indicative of our usual standard of service and we absolutely apologise to Ms Lloyd."

Danielle's writ makes a claim of up to £50,000 for breach of contract and invasion of privacy.

A Swiss man has admitted seducing a series of rich women to con them out of millions of francs. Helg Sgarbi, who’s being dubbed the ’Swiss gigolo’ appeared in court this morning in Munich. He pleaded guilty to fraud and extortion after he threatened to publish comprising images of his encounters with the women in hotels.One of his blackmail victims was Susanne Klatten, heiress of the German car manufacturer BMW. The 44 year old apologised in court to his victims. He’ll now face up to 10 years in prison.


(CNN) -- The gigolo former lover of Germany's richest woman has been jailed for six years after confessing to blackmailing her and other women out of millions of dollars, a court official said Monday.

SUSANNE KLATTEN, the BMW heiress, complained to police last year that Helg Sgarbi had threatened to release pictures of them if she did not pay him nearly $60 million.

Munich's state prosecutor Anton Winkler said Sgarbi, who was accused of blackmailing several wealthy woman, had made a written confession which was read by his lawyer to the court.

"He confessed that he blackmailed the victims, told them untrue stories," Winkler told CNN.

However, Sgarbi had not revealed what had happened to the estimated $12.5 million he had taken from his victims nor where the pictures had gone.

"It is really only half a confession. We asked him about where the money is, about accomplices and videos... and he refused to say anything about that," Winkler said.

Authorities said SUSANNE KLATTEN, who is married with three children, had an affair with Sgarbi.

He started to ask SUSANNE KLATTEN for money, and she paid several million at first, but when she refused to provide more he threatened to send compromising SEX TAPE to her husband and the media.

SUSANNE KLATTEN went to the police in January 2008, telling them she was the victim of a fraud and blackmail.

At the time, SUSANNE KLATTEN's spokesman, Joerg Appelhans, told CNN that Sgarbi's goal had always been to con her.

"She rigorously notified authorities even in light of the uncomfortable public repercussions this would have for her," Appelhans said.

Sgarbi's lawyer, Egon Geis, said he was surprised by all the media attention.

"This is all because of SUSANNE KLATTEN, take the same amount of money and any other person and no one would care."

Scarbi allegedly maintained relationships with a number of woman, telling them he was a special Swiss representative in crisis zones.

SUSANNE KLATTEN, the daughter of the late BMW chief Herbert Quandt, holds a 12.5-percent stake in the German carmaker and a 51.1-percent share of chemical company Altana.

Bailon's (now ex) Hollywood publicist/pal Jonathon Jaxson (who only started working with the songstress "as a friend" two weeks ago to help spice up her image) admitted to Tarts that after the laptop was stolen he and the 25-year-old decided to "juice up" the story by saying that "nude pictures could have possibly been stolen."

"Adrienne's tour with Cheetah Girls will be over December 22nd, so she is then free to pursue other projects and wanted to be seen as more adult and sexy," Jaxson said. "So after the laptop was stolen we used it as an opportunity to drum up some publicity and start speculating about nude photos, but we never expected anything to get out."

Oddly enough, Jaxson said that the steamy snaps were actually stolen from the starlet's Sidekick phone (not her laptop) so it's under suspicious circumstances as to how the pics have been made public.

"Adrienne and her boyfriend (Kim Kardashian's younger brother Robert) swear they didn't leak them, but it wouldn't surprise me if Adrienne did."

It's either her or someone very close to her," Jaxson added. "Things are pretty ugly, what should have been an image boost has really turned around and bitten her in the butt."

As for how the teen idol is handling the heat?

"Adrienne has been crying for two days straight, she's on her Cheetah Girls tour right now so she has to explain to her fans and is totally distraught. Her career is in real jeopardy," Jaxson said, adding that they aren't exactly friends anymore and won't be working together in the future.

Speaking of work, we don't expect Bailon to be getting any assistance from her current family-friendly employers in the future either, especially given that it seems she used scandal for self-promotion.

According to a Disney insider, talent contracts have very "tight wording" with regards to maintaining an appropriate code of conduct and somehow we don’t think they’d be happy about one of their tween idols flashing the flesh for her phone camera.

In August 2007, she was kicked off Lapresse Nuoto and it was rumored that Manaudou and chief executive of LaPresse Nuoto club, Paola Penso, had a falling out. Evidently he did not like Manaudou’s attitude during training.
