Fire at Apple HQ

Firefighters have contained a blaze that has burned for about three hours at the headquarters of computer maker Apple.

The Santa Clara County Fire Department says the three-alarm fire has burned the roof and the second level at one of the six buildings on the computer company's northern California campus. It was contained early Wednesday morning and no one was injured.

Senior Communications Dispatcher Rafael Salcedo says some flames continue to burn in a hard-to-reach area under an air conditioner. He says "the fire itself is not very big, but there is going to be a lot of smoke damage."

The first reports of smoke came at about 10 p.m. Tuesday night, and the fire was contained by 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
